1. Acceptance
By using TutorMi you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for all activity on your account. Tutors create student accounts on behalf of their students and are responsible for how those accounts are used.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
- Attempt to access another tutor's or student's workspace.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
- Use TutorMi to harass, exploit, or endanger minors.
4. Tutor responsibility
Tutors are independent professionals. TutorMi provides the workspace; the teaching relationship, fees, scheduling, and any commitments made to students or parents are entirely between the tutor and their students. TutorMi is not a party to that relationship.
5. Content ownership
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant TutorMi a limited license to store, display, and process that content solely to provide the service to you.
6. Service availability
We work to keep TutorMi available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TutorMi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill. TutorMi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted at the top of this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
